NDF hosts AGF and IFU
Helsinki meeting provides venue for strengthening a growing partnership for green finance and SME growth in Africa
NDF hosted colleagues from the African Guarantee Fund (AGF) and Denmark’s Investment Fund for Developing Countries (IFU) for a meeting of the AGF Audit Committee. The occasion provided for broader discussion on enhanced cooperation among all three partners with a focus on putting in place the building blocks for continued growth of SMEs and a sustainable, green economy in Africa.
Pasi Hellman, NDF Managing Director and member of the AGF Board of Directors, hosted the meeting. The AGF delegation was led by CEO Felix Bikpo and joined by Morten Christiansen, Senior Vice President for Investments at IFU and Chair of the AGF Audit Committee.
Taking advantage of the time in Helsinki, the AGF delegation also met with other institutions including Finnvera and Finnfund to discuss promoting growth of SME clusters in key sectors of interest.
