NDF is hiring a Director to our Porfolio Origination and Management department to lead the department and assume the overall responsibility for origination and management of NDF’s portfolio of high-impact projects, ensuring that the project portfolio generates the intended impact.

The position includes 12 direct reports driving the development and impact for 135 projects in 30 countries. In this role, you will be part of the management team of NDF and report to the Managing Director. The position is based in Helsinki, Finland. The role will include travelling.
