NDF supports the Urban and Municipal Development Fund (UMDF) at the African Development Bank. The UMDF hereby invites Consultants to indicate their interest in the following Assignment: Development of a City Diagnostics and Action Planning Methodology for the Urban and Municipal Development Fund (UMDF).
The objective of the assignment is to develop a consistent AfDB / UMDF City Program Methodology (working title) covering the various stages of city engagement. The Methodology shall serve both a general audience The Methodology shall be an overall guidance document on the overall program support to partner cities, individual steps and roles and responsibilities.
