NDF is supporting the Rural Electrification Program in Bolivia in cooperation with the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB). The objective of the NDF component is to complement the program with renewable energy solutions - including hybrid energy systems and solar applications - to low-income households, health stations and schools in municipalities outside the national grid in different parts of Bolivia.
The Ministry of Energy, through the Vice Ministry of Electricity and Alternative Energy, now invites eligible parties to propose sealed tenders for “Provision of photovoltaic panels, including design, construction, initial operation and service for the hybrid plant Puerto Villazón”. The reference price for the plant is BOB 4,283,440. Details about the procurement can be achieved from licitacionesperer@pevd.gob.bo or from below link.
